Changed your mind?Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return and receive return instructions. Books must be returned within 14 days of your request, unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.
Damaged, defective or incorrect booksIf your book arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is not what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and details of the problem. Photos are helpful where possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover any necessary return shipping.
RefundsRefunds for eligible returns will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and checking the returned books. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
